Winter Indoor Soccer
OUR MOST IMPACTFUL TECHNICAL TRAINING PROGRAM OF THE YEAR!
Winter Information: Strike 1st Soccer System
Our winter training sessions can be the most impactful time of year due to the change in the ball we use and the surface we play on. We move indoor during the winter and use a smaller, heavier futsal ball on a hardwood floor. This will push a player to be faster and cleaner with the ball at their feet. We will focus on individual time with the ball in: juggling, dribbling & turning, 1v1 skills, 1st touch, passing & receiving, and small group play tactical decision making.
Additionally, younger players will have soccer specific speed & agility work mixed into their training while oldest players will have speed & agility + a focus on building physical strength & balance. Every session will end with small sided futsal games which will give players increased touches & decision making repetitions in a faster environment. This will positively impact their outdoor performance.
Each player will receive 1 Strike 1st Soccer Shirt & is required to wear at all sessions. Additional Shirts will be available for purchase.
