To say soccer runs through her veins would be a significant understatement.  The resume Rachel has amassed over the better part of the last fifteen years speaks for itself.

With a distinguished playing career lasting over twelve years, Rachel consistently lived the values and discipline necessary not just to play top-tier soccer, but be successful both on and off the pitch.  Now, she has taken those skills she honed during her playing career and parlayed them into a the beginnings of an extremely bright coaching career.

Rachel founded Strike 1st Soccer  to help the next generations of soccer players reach above and beyond their potential - not just as players, but also as individuals and as the people they will grow to become.
